CapacityMaximum Capacity is 300. There are 50 tables and 300 chairs available. This facility has a large banquet room with a kitchen and restrooms. Rental Fees $50.00 Deposit: Returned if building is properly cleaned and no property damaged. $50.00 4 hours or less (including setup and cleanup) $75.00 All day with or without the use of the kitchen (x number of days) $5.00 Microphone Use (x number of days) Tables are rented for $2.50 per table (3 day Maximum) Chairs are rented for $.30 per chair (3 day Maximum) Parking Lot rented for $35.00 per day (for sales, displays, etc.)
User is responsible for set up and clean up. NOTE: IF BUILDING IS NOT CLEAN, A FEE OF $8.00 PER HOUR WILL BE ASSESSED. Rules and Responsibilities 1) An indefinite series of meetings may not be scheduled. 2) Adult sponsors must be present and assume responsibility for any activity attended by minors. 3) All chairs and tables removed form storage will be properly returned to their location unless otherwise specified. 4) If tables are used, pay particular attention to the edges and legs. The tables are heavy and are easily damaged. 5) The User agrees to hold the Canadian County Free Fair Board harmless from all claim for damages to persons or property of anyone inside the Education Building or on the premises while used by Lessee. 6) No event, performance, exhibition, or part hereof which is not in good taste, or which may be libelous or morally objectionable will be permitted on the premises. 7) No alcoholic or intoxicating beverages will be permitted or consumed on the premises of the Educational Building. 8) No dancing of any kind will be allowed inside the Education Building. 9) The User will be responsible for all damages or breakage to the property, except for the usual wear and tear occasioned by reasonable use of the facilities, Damages will be assessed by the Fair Board Secretary and will cover actual cost incurred for repair and/or replacement. 10) Any Graffiti found on any part of the Fair Buildings during or after the use of the premises will be attributed to the User, and the User is directly responsible for the removal, or cost of removal, of all evidence including re-paining, replacement of damaged structure, or any other procedure necessary to leave no trace of Graffiti. 11) Items in the unlocked kitchen cabinets may be used. All items will be left in a clean condition and returned to their proper location. 12) Nails, screws, or masking tape will not be used for attaching decorations to any part of buildings, chairs, or tables, Scotch or cellophane tape can be used. 13) The User is responsible for leaving the building and equipment in the same condition as found, including sweeping and moping of the floors. 14) When leaving the premises, check to see that everything is in order, that the Heater is returned to 60 degrees, or the Air Conditioner is OFF, and CHECK THAT ALL DOORS ARE LOCKED AND ALL LIGHTS ARE TURNED OFF.
